Laughter

I can think of no better way of redeeming this tragic world today than love and laughter. Too many of the young have forgotten how to laugh, and too many of the elders have forgotten how to love. Would not our lives be lightened if only we could all learn to laugh more easily at ourselves and to love one another?
- Theodore M. Hesburgh

Lots of people say that laughter is the best medicine. And referring to what Theodore M. Hersburgh says, this tragic world needs redeemers and the best redeemers are love and laughter. Two things that we’ve forgotten. The book of Psalm reminds us that the Lord has done great things. That’s why we need to fill our mouth with laughter and our tongues with songs of joy. So, keep on your happy mood alive and put a smiling face today, full of laughter to embrace a new day…

Our mouths were filled with laughter,
our tongues with songs of joy.
Then it was said among the nations,
"The LORD has done great things for them."
--- Psalm 126:2
