Where Is Your Faith?

While imagining ourselves as His disciples, made me realize that we sometimes tend not to trust Him with all our heart.

In facing difficulties in this life, we sometimes forget about how great our God is. We’re too focused on the problem and forget to put more trust in Him.

Like the disciples on the boat when they were facing such a big squall (storm), their lack of faith statement said that they were going to drown. But Jesus turned everything in such an easy way and then all was calm. He asked them, “Where is your faith?”

Today, He’s still asking us the same question, especially when we have doubt about our future, about our financial situation, about our soul mate, about our children’s future, about our job’s security, etc.
He won’t stop asking, “Where is Your Faith?”
So, my dear friends in Christ, let’s show God that we are His good disciples. It’s simply by trusting Him more in times of trouble especially when the reality seems so wrong and seems contrarian with our expectation. Stand still with our faith no matter how stormy our life is. (-fon-)

The disciples went and woke him, saying, "Master, Master, we're going to drown!"
He got up and rebuked the wind and the raging waters; the storm subsided, and all was calm. "Where is your faith?" he asked his disciples.
In fear and amazement they asked one another, "Who is this? He commands even the winds and the water, and they obey him."
