Disappointment Means Appointment

A Christian has a rare privilege when he experiences disappointment --- he can be re-appointed. With God there is always a new beginning available. With God there is always a new beginning available. Self-pity, however, keeps us trapped in the past.

Do not [earnestly] remember the former things; neither consider the things of old.
Behold, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs forth; do you not perceive and know it and will you not give heed to it? I will even make a way in the wilderness and rivers in the desert.
--- Isaiah 43:18,19

My own reflection on this Thought:
* Disappointment is everywhere in this life.
Look at your life, you'll find very much of it.
Disappointment sometimes bring us to the feeling of being in a deadlock, couldn't go anywhere.
The Word of God today reminds us that with God, there's always be a new beginning, He can even make way in the wilderness and rivers in the desert.
When the disappointment is getting bigger, that's the chance of praying harder and getting closer to our Almighty God.
All we can do is just pray hard and cling to Him. Believe Him that He'll can do anything He thinks the best in this problem that we're facing... (-fon-)
