A Perfect Heart
God will always look for someone who has a perfect heart toward Him, not necessarily someone who has a perfect performance before Him.
For the eyes of LORD range throughout the earth to strengthen those whose hearts are fully committed to him...

My own reflection on this Thought:
* If you just have a new boyfriend or girlfriend, all you want to do is just being perfect in front of him/her. You'll polish your shoes, wear your new clothes or even cut your hair before meeting him/her.
But our performance before God is different. We don't have to wear any mask in front of Him trying to be perfect. Because trust me, He knows every weakness that we have and yet He still loves us that much. All we have to offer to Him is just a perfect heart, a pure and sincere heart, which is ready to accept His love... (-fon-)
