Lord, Hear Our Prayer
It’s often that we become
so shock because of some sudden things in this life.
It’s so unpredictable…
Like the bomb in Boston
Marathon that’s just happened recently…
We’re stunned, humanity is
questioned, who’s behind this is still being searched…
It’s so easy to question
God at this moment…
Where are You, God?
But, as the Evil will
always try to make this world a chaotic place…
We’ll still have faith and
believe that even in the worst thing in this life…
God’s love can still be
found if only we want to see His kindness.
It’s still so real…
God, we pray for all the
victims.
Those who passed away,
those who are wounded…
And for their families as
well, God…
We never stop hoping for
the world peace…
Even it’s hard to achieve
100% of it…
But at least we can always
try to be a peace-maker at our own home and for the people surround us.
Lord, hear our prayer.

Tuhan,
Dengarkanlah Doa Kami
Betapa sering kita dikejutkan oleh sesuatu yang tiba-tiba
dalam hidup ini. Begitu tak terduga peristiwa yang mungkin terjadi…
Sebagaimana layaknya peristiwa pemboman saat Boston Marathon
yang baru saja terjadi…
Kita tersentak, kemanusiaan dipertanyakan, biang keladi yang
bertanggung jawab terus dicari…
Mudah untuk mempertanyakan di manakah Tuhan pada saat seperti
ini.
Tetapi sebagaimana Si Jahat akan terus berupaya mengacaukan
dunia…
Kita pun juga percaya bahwa dalam kejadian terburuk sekali
pun kasih Tuhan masih nyata jika saja kita mau melihat kebaikan-Nya…
Tuhan, kami berdoa untuk semua korban. Yang terluka, yang
meninggal…
Juga keluarga mereka, Tuhan…
Tak henti kami berharap akan perdamaian di dunia ini…
Yang mungkin agaknya sulit terwujud 100%.
Hendaknya kami terus mencoba setidaknya menjadi Juru Damai di
tempat tinggal dan lingkungan kami.
Tuhan, dengarkanlah doa kami… (-fon-)
