TOTD, November 10 – You’re My Strength

You’re My Strength

Not by might nor my power, O Father

If I’m able to live day by day.

In every single worried thought of mine, You’ve shown Your Strengh.

That’s why I can count on my hope in You.

In my weaknesses, I come to You.

Let you be my forever strength

In weakness, I pray for the strength from You.

I believe that-with You- we can get it through. (-fon-)

But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me. That is why, for Christ’s sake, I delight in weaknesses, in insults, in hardships, in persecutions, in difficulties. For when I am weak, then I am strong.

Engkaulah Kekuatanku

Bukan karena kuat kuasaku, Ya Bapa.

Jika kudapat hidup dari hari ke hari.

Di dalam setiap kegelisahanku, Engkau menunjukkan kekuatan-Mu.

Pantaslah kubersandar hanya pada pengharapan di dalam-Mu.

Di dalam kelemahanku, kudatang kepada-Mu.

Biarlah Engkau selalu jadi sumber kuatku.

Diriku yang lemah, mohon kekuatan dari-Mu.

Kupercaya, dengan-Mu, kita bisa lalui semua itu. (-fon-)

Tetapi jawab Tuhan kepadaku: "Cukuplah kasih karunia-Ku bagimu, sebab justru dalam kelemahanlah kuasa-Ku menjadi sempurna." Sebab itu terlebih suka aku bermegah atas kelemahanku, supaya kuasa Kristus turun menaungi aku. Karena itu aku senang dan rela di dalam kelemahan, di dalam siksaan, di dalam kesukaran, di dalam penganiayaan dan kesesakan oleh karena Kristus. Sebab jika aku lemah, maka aku kuat.
