Clear Conscience
We need to have a clear conscience as God’s disciples. The Greek word for “conscience” is suneidesis, which means “to be one’s own witness, one’s own conscience coming forward as a witness. It denotes an abiding consciousness whose nature it is to bear witness to one’s own conduct in a moral sense. It is self-awareness.” In lay terms we might say the conscience is an inner constituent casting a vote about the rightness of our behaviors.
In this world, lots of people have lost their clear conscience. They tend to deny their sins and even they found lots of reasons to allow themselves doing those mistakes. But, we need to live our live honorably in every way. So, we need to make sure that clear conscience will be our principle. (-fon-)
Pray for us. We are sure that we have a clear conscience and desire to live honorably in every way.
