In Your Anger Do Not Sin
I know that many of us can’t handle ourselves well while we’re angry. So many bad things-even the unexpected ones- could happen when we’re out of control.
Today’s verse reminds us to stay cool, even though we’re angry. We need to avoid doing sinful things. Search our heart, be silent, take a deep breath, meditate, or do anything positive, as long as those things could make us calmer. Even we’re bursting with anger, stay cool, do not sin. (-fon-)
In your anger do not sin;
when you are on your beds,
search your hearts and be silent.
