Doing What is Right
Many people will choose to do something wrong if it can avoid them from suffering. But hopefully, we can do better in doing what is right even that means we need to suffer. Jesus has already given His example. Suffered and died on the cross for doing what is right. Let’s not be afraid to fight for honesty. God’s Eyes see everything we do. (-fon-)
But even if you suffer for doing what is right, God will reward you for it.
Humble Like Mother Mary
Today, I read the readings from the book of Luke.
I realized that-somehow-I’ve been quite arrogant. Not like Mother Mary, who praised the Lord and thought that she’s a lowly servant girl… I just need to learn more to be like her.
God, help me please…
Let me rejoice in You always, let me humble myself like Mother Mary, because I’m nothing without You. (-fon-)
Mary responded,
“Oh, how my soul praises the Lord.
47 How my spirit rejoices in God my Savior!
48 For he took notice of his lowly servant girl,
and from now on all generations will call me blessed.
49 For the Mighty One is holy,
and he has done great things for me.

to all who fear him.

I Trust in God
No matter what happen in my life, hopefully I have the courage to say like what the Psalmist said: “ I trust in God, why should I be afraid.” I trust You, Lord for Your promises in my life. (-fon-)
I praise God for what he has promised.
I trust in God, so why should I be afraid?
What can mere mortals do to me?
God-Assigned Life
Our life will be more worthy if only we use it at best to finish the work that God has already assigned to us. The work of telling others the Good News about His Grace, His Love. And living a life that’s full of love to the people surrounds us. To the people that’s living in such poverty-not only physically but also mentally. (-fon-)
But my life is worth nothing to me unless I use it for finishing the work assigned me by the Lord Jesus—the work of telling others the Good News about the wonderful grace of God.
He Came to Love Us
Tired of this world’s judgments on you? Too fat, too short, too tall, ugly, bad, naughty, etc. etc.? Don’t worry, there’s someone who’ll love you just the way you are. Yes, it’s God! He came not to judge us, but to save us. Be thankful that He’ll love us unconditionally. (-fon-)
God sent his Son into the world not to judge the world, but to save the world through him.
So Glad that You’re My God
I thank You, Lord.
For your never-ending love in my life.

That You’re full of forgiveness, gracious and merciful.

Enduring All Temptations
The temptations that we’re facing will not be more than we can stand. God is so faithful. He will be with us and show solutions to endure all the temptations. Whatever temptations that we’re facing now, we should believe in faith that He will help us to get through them. (-fon-)
The temptations in your life are no different from what others experience. And God is faithful. He will not allow the temptation to be more than you can stand. When you are tempted, he will show you a way out so that you can endure.
Freedom Lead by Spirit
Jesus has set us free, but it doesn’t mean that we can do anything we like to indulge the flesh… Live our life at best in freedom lead by Holy Spirit. (-fon-)
You, my brothers and sisters, were called to be free. But do not use your freedom to indulge the flesh; rather, serve one another humbly in love.
Live as free people, but do not use your freedom as a cover-up for evil; live as God’s slaves.
Endurance and Patience
With all its problems, hardships, and troubles, it’s very true that we need endurance and patience in this life to face everything unpredictable. The good thing is God will give enough strength to move on and carry on in this life. Let’s live our life worthy of the Lord and please Him. Let’s try to endure with His powerful strength. (-fon-)
so that you may live a life worthy of the Lord and please him in every way: bearing fruit in every good work, growing in the knowledge of God, being strengthened with all power according to his glorious might so that you may have great endurance and patience.
The Lord Will Keep His Promise
Talking about promises: we make them easily, but yet forget them more easily. We want others to keep their promises to us, but we break our promises easily by changing it every time. Most of us will keep the promises if it benefits us, but if it costs us a great deal of loss, we’ll easily change them again. That’s our habit as human. Not many people will be faithful in keeping their promises.
How about God? We want God to keep His promises to us, but yet we don’t want to care about our promises to Him. God, our Lord, is not slow in keeping His promises. It will be just in time-in His beautiful time. Our part is to stay faithful and do our best, let Him keep His promises in our life, because He definitely will. (-fon-)
The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. Instead he is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance.
Serve Him Faithfully
Do small things with love. Serving Him doesn’t always mean to do Big or Huge things all the time. Sometimes Yes, but many times we only do little or tiny things for our family with love. He has been faithful to us, it’s our turn to serve Him faithfully through the people surround us.(-fon-)
But be sure to fear the LORD and serve him faithfully with all your heart; consider what great things he has done for you.
Christ Set Us Free
Christ has set us free from the yoke of slavery. Those slaveries might be varied but all of us had it before. Let’s try to stand firm in Christ in each act of our life, because He has been so good to us. He gave us freedom by setting us free. (-fon-)
It is for freedom that Christ has set us free. Stand firm, then, and do not let yourselves be burdened again by a yoke of slavery.

The Mighty Warrior
The Lord is the Mighty Warrior who saves us. He came into our life, saved us, and made a difference. It’s our time to show the world that we are thankful of His love. (-fon-)
The LORD your God is with you,
the Mighty Warrior who saves.
He will take great delight in you;
in his love he will no longer rebuke you,
but will rejoice over you with singing.”
Sincere Heart
He has loved us sincerely with His unconditional love, it’s our turn to draw nearer to Him with a sincere heart. (-fon-)

Change our Expression and Smile!
This afternoon-somehow- I realized that I complained a lot. I can complain about almost everything in this life. That’s how great I am as a complainer. Of course, it doesn’t make me proud. I sometimes feel like Job, that my days are flying away without a glimpse of joy. But, in these verses below from the book of Job I also got some strength to move on. In God, I know that I need to be thankful by becoming a less complainer, forget about it, change my expression and smile.
With God’s help, I believe that I can be more thankful. Let’s try to lift our praise to the Lord, rather than complaining every time. (-fon-)

Be Kind and Compassionate
Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as Christ has forgiven us. This is a very strong message to live our daily life fantastically with God’s guidance. Try to be kind and compassionate as well as forgiving each other will make this world a better place to live for all of us.

Dealing with Sins of Others
If we find someone’s fault, we need to point them only between the both of us. No need to exaggerate or point it in front of so many people and make them embarrassed. Knowing that we can also have the same shoe and make mistakes, we should be wiser in pointing other’s fault. We’re all only human and can make mistakes. So, be wiser. (-fon-)
“If your brother or sister sins, go and point out their fault, just between the two of you. If they listen to you, you have won them over.

In Him Our Hearts Rejoice
In Him our hearts rejoice, we trust Him-His Holy Name. His love will keep us joyful, let’s believe in Him. (-fon-)

Let the Heart who Seek Him Rejoice
Let every heart that focused on the Lord rejoice. Seek Him with all our heart and rejoice in Him. (-fon-)
Glory in his holy name;
let the hearts of those who seek the LORD rejoice.
Rejoice and Get the Strength in the Lord
Hannah prayed, felt rejoice, and got a new strength in the Lord. May every heart that seeks Him, pray to Him, got new strength in Him. Rejoice in the Lord always! (-fon-)

Pray for Each Other
Trying to mend some bad relationship with others for the better ones, and pray for each other will make us healed. Praying is powerful, especially when we stop thinking selfishly and pray for others as well. Let’s try to pray for others too, let’s pray for each other. (-fon-)
Therefore confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed.
Turn from Wicked Ways
We’ve done many mistakes and sins. But if we seek His face, turn from our wicked ways… He will hear us. He will forgive us and heal us. (-fon-)
if my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land
God Sent His Son to Save the World
God sent His Son to save the world. Not to condemn the world, not to judge the world. Being thankful that He sent His only Son to save us. Thank You, Lord! Thank You, Jesus! (-fon-)
For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him.

Sovereign Lord, You are God!
There’s none like YOU. Your covenant is trustworthy. Your promises is everlasting. Sovereign Lord, You are God!
He Will Hear Us
This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to his will, he hears us.

It’s good to have the kind of confidence that if we approach God and pray to Him-asking according to His will, He will hear us. He’ll fulfil the passion that we have held so strongly and so long inside our heart. Of course the fulfilment itself is His mystery and will be revealed when His time comes in our life. But for Him, He knows everything in our life. Seek the passion-the good things that He has put inside of us. And keep growing and glowing in Him. (-fon-)
